Intellectual Property Ownership

— Unless expressly stated otherwise, all text, content, features, visual elements, documents, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, brand names, illustrations, artwork, photographs, videos, audio materials, digital assets, software, design elements, and all other works displayed or made available on the Platform (collectively, the “Content”) are the exclusive property of BESHARMI ON TOP (besharmiontop.shop) or are used under valid license, authorization, or permission from third-party rights holders (collectively, the “Owner”).
All Content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, design, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.

No Content may be interpreted as being in the public domain unless we explicitly indicate so.

Limited Use; Restrictions on Use

Besharmi On Top grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content, without any right of sublicense, subject to the following restrictions:

You shall not, without prior express written consent from Besharmi On Top:

Copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, circulate, publish, display, modify, adapt, edit, translate, re-post, reuse, or otherwise exploit any Content, in whole or in part;
Use any trade name, brand name, trademark, logo, or proprietary designation of Besharmi On Top in metatags, hidden text, keyword triggers, or metadata;
Create derivative works from any Content or commercially exploit the Platform or its Content in any manner;
Use the Platform or its Content in any way that may create a false, misleading, or confusing association, endorsement, or attribution involving Besharmi On Top, the Owner, or any third party referenced therein;
Remove, alter, obscure, or tamper with any copyright notices, disclaimers, digital watermarks, proprietary markings, or legal legends appearing within the Content.

All rights not expressly granted herein are fully reserved by Besharmi On Top and/or its licensors.

Besharmi On Top retains the absolute right to revoke, restrict, limit, or deny your access to the Platform (including by IP blocking) at any time, without prior notice, for any reason deemed appropriate.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that any material available on besharmiontop.shop infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice to us at: hello@besharmiontop.shop

Your notice must contain the following details to be considered valid:

A physical or electronic signature of the authorized representative of the rights owner whose intellectual property is allegedly infringed;
The specific URL(s) on the Platform where the allegedly infringing material is being displayed or sold;
Identification and description of the intellectual property allegedly infringed, including proof of ownership (e.g., trademark registration certificate, copyright registration, or other verifiable documentation);
Your full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
A good-faith statement affirming that the use of the material identified in the notice is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or applicable law;
A statement made under penalty of perjury confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are duly authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.

Upon receiving a compliant notice, BESHARMI ON TOP will review the claim and take appropriate action as required by law and internal policy.
